Andhra Pradesh Cabinet approved a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to fast-track Amaravati's flagship projects, including the greenfield airport, NTR statue, and sports city, with ₹1,000 crore initial funding. CM Naidu called it a "game-changer" for 33,000 jobs, tying into the Purvodaya scheme for eastern growth.

The SPV, under APCRDA, will handle land acquisition and tenders for 5,368 km of roads. Nationally, it revives stalled vision; globally, it models sustainable urbanism. In Andhra Pradesh, farmers eye compensation, balancing progress with equity.
