Reports of tension between OG director Sujeeth and producer DVV Danayya over budget and unpaid amounts have been firmly rejected as groundless, with sources confirming the director's full remuneration of ₹6 crore was cleared well in advance.

The whispers gained traction ahead of the film's release, but insiders clarified that all financial commitments were met without hitches, putting an end to speculation of discord during production.

The brief exchange stemmed from Sujeeth's last-minute push for a climax overhaul, incorporating Japanese performers and an international location shoot. Danayya promptly approved an additional ₹1 crore to cover the costs, ensuring smooth execution.

Separately, Sujeeth holds a ₹1.5 crore advance from a shelved Nani-led project, which remains with him as per agreement.
