Amaravati, March 26, 2026: Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh hosted Hackathon 2026 at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous).

District Collector Sumit Kumar attended as chief guest for the event, which aimed to build problem-solving skills and prepare students for industry demands through hands-on collaboration.

Experts from ARVR and BITS Hyderabad judged entries based on innovation and practical value.

The competition reflects Andhra Pradesh’s push to strengthen technical education and youth employability across the state. Such platforms encourage creative thinking and teamwork among engineering students.
