Amaravati, March 24, 2026: Flames engulfed at least 22 lots of PLB pipes at the Megha Engineering stockyard in the Amaravati capital region around 11 p.m. on March 23.
Guntur district police, led by Superintendent of Police Vakul Jindal, rushed to the site and are now conducting a high-level investigation.
Teams are examining CCTV footage, safety standards, and all possible causes, including accidental factors or foul play.
