Amaravati, March 23, 2026: Energy Minister Gottipati Ravi Kumar visited the Community Health Centre in Addanki, Prakasam district, to assess medical services firsthand.
He interacted with doctors on infrastructure needs, inspected temporary Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART) and dialysis units, and personally underwent diagnostic tests to highlight the centre's facilities.
The minister directed officials to speed up the ₹65 lakh ART building construction and build 10 bathrooms urgently. He also instructed the municipal commissioner to provide immediate basic amenities for patients.
Later, he reviewed municipal development works, stressed summer preparedness for water and power, pushed CC road and drain maintenance, and prioritized sanitation under the Swachh Andhra–Swarna Andhra drive. He inspected a ₹3.50 crore Town Hall project for timely finish and distributed 21 tri-scooters to differently-abled residents.
