Amaravati, March 22, 2026:
Lord Kodanda Rama Swamy, accompanied by Sita and Lakshmana, rode the Hanumantha Vahanam in a vibrant procession at the Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Tirupati.

The morning event highlighted Hanuman's eternal service to Rama, with the deity carried through the temple's four mada streets amid chants, kolatam performances by bhajan groups, and decorated chariots, bulls, and horses. Devotees gathered in large numbers to seek blessings.

Later, priests performed Snapana Thirumanjanam, anointing the idols with milk, curd, honey, coconut water, turmeric, and sandalwood. In the evening, Lord Rama appeared on Gaja Vahanam, continuing the day's spiritual fervor. Temple authorities, including senior priests, oversaw the traditions.
