Amaravati, March 19, 2026:
A Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams delegation, led by Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, performed traditional Vedic blessings known as Vedasirvachanams at Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's residence in Amaravati.

The ritual, tied to Telugu Ugadi celebrations marking the New Year, included presentation of sacred prasadams from Lord Venkateswara.

The team later extended the same honors to Governor S. Abdul Nazeer. Both leaders received invitations to the annual Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam on April 1 at Ontimitta's Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple in Kadapa district a state-supported event reenacting the divine wedding of Lord Rama and Sita, expected to draw devotees from across Andhra Pradesh.
