Vizag, March 19, 2026: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Y.S. Sharmila launched a fierce attack on YSRCP MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy during a media interaction at Visakhapatnam airport.
She slammed his recent statements alleging involvement of Vivekananda Reddy's son-in-law Rajasekhar in the 2019 murder, calling them an attempt to deflect blame and defame the victim’s family.
Sharmila accused her brother, former CM Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, of shielding associates linked to the case and failing to deliver justice, labelling him a disgrace to the bond of brotherhood.
