Vijayawada, March 18, 2026: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu addressed displaced families at his camp office, stressing that their sacrifices form the moral backbone of Andhra Pradesh's progress.

He reframed their role positively, declaring the government sees them as active partners in development rather than mere victims of displacement.

The administration released ₹226.61 crore in the third phase of rehabilitation and resettlement funds, directly credited to beneficiaries' accounts to mark a fresh start aligned with Ugadi traditions.

Naidu pledged dignified, transparent, and swift support for every affected family, ensuring full justice before the project's completion.
