Amaravati, March 18, 2026: Andhra Pradesh's Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has allocated 1,298.173 acres of land to 109 institutions across key sectors, out of 1,384.95 acres earmarked for such purposes. About 87 acres remain available.

Education leads with 18 institutions receiving around 839 acres, including expansions for SRM University and VIT-A.P. University. Hospitality features 14 hotels on 45 acres, with brands like Hyatt, Hilton, and Taj Group.

Banking gets land for offices and residences from major players including RBI and SBI. Government and central agencies claim portions for judicial academies, police research, quantum initiatives, and more.

Healthcare approvals cover over 108 acres for entities like ESIC and specialized hospitals. Sports facilities include academies for badminton and cricket.
