Newsroom, March 16, 2026: Hyderabad police swiftly arrested two suspects in the murder of 32-year-old Armed Reserve (AR) constable Paruvula Sudheer Kumar in Chilkanagar under Uppal limits late on March 15.
The accused, bike-taxi rider Banothu Santosh (28) and car driver Podishetty Tarun (22), both from Uppal, were nabbed within six hours of the crime.
The victim, a resident of RTC Colony in Chengicherla, worked with Hyderabad city police forces. Details on the exact cause remain limited, but the quick resolution shows effective local policing in Telangana's capital region.
