Newsroom, March 16, 2026: Air India and its subsidiary Air India Express operate 48 scheduled and non-scheduled flights connecting India to West Asia today, focusing on Jeddah and Muscat routes.

The carriers maintain regular services despite tensions involving the US, Israel, and Iran that have disrupted other airlines.

Air India handles return flights from Delhi and Mumbai to Jeddah, while Air India Express covers one each from Bengaluru, Kozhikode, and Mangalore to Jeddah, plus 12 to Muscat from cities like Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mumbai.
