Take Home Ration beneficiaries also went without eggs. In Sarvepalli village's Anganwadi, the supervisor's last recorded visit dated back to October 2025. At the local ZPHS, inspectors found 540 unmarked eggs in storage with no clear explanation from staff or the vendor.
