Amaravati, March 12, 2026: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed district collectors to prepare customized roadmaps that highlight each area's unique strengths to draw investments.

Performance reviews for collectors will now heavily weigh investments secured, jobs generated, and gains in per capita income.

Speaking at the Collectors’ Conference in Guntur, Naidu stressed quick land allotments, fast permissions, and reliable water supply for industries.

In districts without major industries, focus should shift to sectors like tourism, IT, or agriculture based on local potential. He called for faster grounding of projects to boost youth employment and statewide prosperity.
