Amaravati, March 12, 2026: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu highlighted SPSR Nellore District Collector Himanshu Shukla's innovative approach to land governance during the sixth Collectors’ Conference on March 11.

The program selects one village each month and schedules four dedicated visits by officials to settle issues on-site, including land records, mutations, title deeds, DKT pattas, and house sites sparing residents repeated trips to offices.

In just three months, the initiative covered 110 villages and fully resolved disputes in 26, with work continuing in others. Naidu praised its speed and effectiveness in building public trust, urging all district collectors to replicate the model statewide.
