Amaravati, March 06, 2026: The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has identified suitable land parcels in Modulingayapalem, Malkapuram, and Uddandarayunipalem villages for creating residential layouts.

Additional Commissioner A Bhargava Teja led a site visit on Thursday, reviewing maps and issuing instructions for roads, drainage, and other essentials.

The focus remains on fair, efficient allocation to support displaced families while pushing Amaravati's growth forward. As infrastructure ramps up statewide, these efforts signal stronger momentum for the capital's revival and long-term livability.
