Vijayawada, March 06, 2026: Seshadri Rao Gudlavalleru Engineering College in Krishna district hosted “Avishkar-2K26,” a two-day national-level hackathon that wrapped on March 6.

The event, run by the college's Research and Development Cell along with its Tech Doc Innovation and Incubation Cell, brought together 487 students from Andhra Pradesh colleges, forming 126 teams to tackle real-world problems through rapid innovation.

D. Ravi Teja, head of Incubation at Ratan Tata Innovation Hub in Vijayawada, addressed participants, highlighting how fast-evolving technology lets young engineers create solutions that benefit society and hold startup potential.
