Amaravati, March 02, 2026: Devotees filled an open ground near Reliance Smart in Vuyyuru, Krishna district, on March 1 for the elaborate Srinivasa Kalyanam.
Organised by Sri Bhu Sametha Sri Venkateswara Swamy Devasthanam at Dokiparru Mahakshetram, the event featured a beautifully decorated stage with utsava idols at the centre.
Vedic scholars led sacred chants, mangala vadyams, and rituals symbolising the divine marriage of Lord Venkateswara and Goddess Padmavathi.
Cultural highlights included Annamacharya keerthanas, classical dances, Kerala percussion, and kolatam performances by women, followed by prasadam distribution.
