Amaravati, March 02, 2026: YSRCP leader and former TTD chairman Bhumana Karunakar Reddy has intensified his demand for the resignation of current Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Trust Board Chairman B.R. Naidu, presenting what he calls new evidence tied to a viral video controversy.
Reddy released a letter allegedly written by a woman linked to the video, addressed to TDP leaders Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh, and Jana Sena's K. Pawan Kalyan before recent elections.
The letter reportedly urged against appointing B.R. Naidu to roles like TTD chairman or Rajya Sabha member due to claims of harassment.
Reddy stressed the need for moral integrity in leading a sacred institution like TTD, questioning if such conduct suits the role.
Naidu has dismissed the allegations as a smear campaign involving morphed or deepfake content and threatened legal action.
