Vijayawada, March 02, 2026: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu reviewed Real Time Governance and public feedback systems at his camp office, urging all departments to adopt AI for sharper administrative performance.

He called for a strong framework to merge data from drones, CCTV networks, and satellite imagery, enabling better monitoring, quicker decisions, and improved citizen services.

The directive follows recent incidents, including a fatal firecracker unit explosion in Kakinada, prompting Naidu to demand stricter safety protocols and lessons from established models elsewhere.

He stressed zero lapses in pension delivery, minimal repeated surveys to ease public burden, and wider promotion of WhatsApp-based Mana Mitra services, now covering 953 offerings.
