Amaravati, March 01: Chief Justice of India Surya Kant joined Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to lay the foundation stone for the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Academy at Pitchikalapalem village.
The project, costing ₹165 crore over 4.83 acres, includes modern training facilities for judges. They also inaugurated the High Court judges’ residential enclave spanning 33 acres with bungalows and support buildings.
This step strengthens Amaravati's role as the state's permanent capital hub, with ongoing works like underground power lines and quantum tech plans signaling sustained development momentum.
