Vizag, February 26: The 13th edition of Exercise MILAN concluded on February 25 with a formal closing ceremony aboard India's indigenous aircraft carrier INS Vikrant off the Visakhapatnam coast.

It ran concurrently with the International Fleet Review and Indian Ocean Naval Symposium, running from February 15 to 25.
Participants from nations like Seychelles, Maldives, Indonesia, Myanmar, Russia, the US, France, Germany, and Australia engaged in harbour-phase discussions, expert exchanges, seminars, and at-sea drills focused on shared maritime challenges such as security, interoperability, and countering threats like smuggling.
Dignitaries praised the seamless organization and cultural exchanges, with INS Vikrant emerging as a symbol of India's self-reliant naval prowess.
