Amaravati, February 25, 2026: A new free residential coaching initiative for UPSC civil services preparation targets underprivileged students across Andhra Pradesh. Launched by Dr. Lakshmaiah IAS Study Circle in Tirupati, the program removes financial barriers for talented youth aiming for public service careers.

It operates under the Venkatapathi Vidya Deevena initiative and follows a Public-Private-People (PPP) partnership model promoted by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to boost quality, inclusive education.

AP State Veterinary Council Chairman P.V. Lakshmaiah, honorary chairman of the study circle, emphasized the scheme's role in empowering economically disadvantaged aspirants. APSPDCL Chairman Sivashankar Lotheti highlighted its potential to help students crack competitive exams.
