Vijayawada, February 24: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu addressed the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly during budget discussions, stressing the government's drive for social equality and upliftment of weaker sections.

He highlighted enhanced allocations for SC, ST, BC, and minority communities in the ₹3.32 lakh crore budget, assuring that dedicated funds will support only their welfare programs.

Naidu pointed to the P4 (People, Public, Private, Partnership) model to cut inequalities, mentor over 10 lakh vulnerable families, and expand schemes for auto drivers, fishermen, and handloom workers, including free electricity benefits.
