Amaravati, February 24, 2026: The Board of Intermediate Education launched the first-year Intermediate exams across Andhra Pradesh without any incidents.

Out of 5,45,028 enrolled students, 5,24,905 appeared, leaving 20,123 absent. Authorities enforced strict rules, including no entry even one minute late after 9 AM, and monitored centres with CCTV and flying squads.

BIE officials inspected locations in areas like Mangalagiri and Vijayawada, confirming smooth conduct and functional facilities.
