Amaravati, February 24, 2026: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has directed Andhra Pradesh officials to prioritise citizen-centric service delivery and streamline government processes through technology and accountability measures.
Reviewing departments from the Real Time Governance Society centre in Vijayawada, Naidu emphasised regular performance evaluations, with monthly appreciation letters for top performers recorded in service files to build healthy competition and public trust.
He called for zero corruption in the Revenue Department, land re-surveys with automation to curb disputes, strict hygiene in hospitals including outsourcing accountability and faster doctor recruitment, enhanced temple facilities for devotees, regular drinking water testing via mobile labs, and road accident audits for prevention.
Naidu urged adapting technologies from recent AI summits and action plans for seven signed MoUs in municipal, health, IT, and industries sectors, while launching awareness campaigns through Mee Seva and community groups.
