Amaravati, February 22, 2026: The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) cleared key land allotment proposals during its 58th meeting, chaired by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in Undavalli.

The authority reviewed past land allotments to institutions, their construction progress, and steps to boost green cover in Amaravati.

It approved recommendations from a Group of Ministers on land allocations, including sites for banks and a Bharatiya Janata Party office.

Officials also greenlit Minimum Viable Project works for the High Court and Assembly, plus transfers to APGICL. Discussions covered road and drain development alongside green and blue infrastructure concepts.
