Vijayawada, February 22, 2026: A delegation from the Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry, led by president Potluri Bhaskara Rao, met ICAI president D. Prasanna Kumar during his visit to the city.
They submitted a proposal for joint collaboration to strengthen the state's MSME sector, especially in smaller towns.
The focus includes support for the Corporate Mitra framework, a dedicated joint desk for financial and compliance help, aid in creating bankable project reports, programs on digital accounting and cost management, and guidance for reviving stressed businesses.
Kumar welcomed the initiative and agreed to form a joint task force to drive these efforts forward.
