Amaravati, February 21, 2026: Andhra Pradesh is fully prepared for the Intermediate Public Examinations beginning Monday, February 23.

Over 10.57 lakh first- and second-year students will appear across 1,537 centres statewide. Exams run from 9 a.m. to noon in one shift daily, with strict no-entry rules even one minute late means no admission.

The Board of Intermediate Education has inspected all centres for essentials like drinking water, power, ventilation, and lighting, plus full CCTV coverage. District Collectors lead supervision teams, including flying squads.

Extra APSRTC buses help with transport, while medical support, first-aid, and ORS packets stand ready at each site. A control room operates daily to address issues and curb rumours.
