Vizag, February 20, 2026: A former senior official from the Indian Postal Service delivered a lecture in Visakhapatnam highlighting the enduring power of compassionate teaching over artificial intelligence in shaping young minds and future leaders.

Uday Bala Krishnan, ex-member of the Postal Service Board and former Chairman of the Investment Board, spoke at an event organized by the Centre for Policy Studies and the Visakhapatnam Public Library Society.

He described dedicated teachers as lighthouses equipped with knowledge, wisdom, and empathy who guide students across all ages, spotting hidden potential that AI tools cannot detect.
