Amaravati, February 18, 2026: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) delegation, led by Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, handed over silk vastrams to priests at the historic Srikalahastheeswara temple in Tirupati district.

This tradition strengthens ties between the iconic Tirumala shrine and other major Andhra Pradesh temples, especially during festivals like Mahasivaratri Brahmotsavams now underway.

The vastrams will decorate presiding deities Vayulingeswara Swamy and Goddess Gnana Prasunambika in upcoming ceremonies. The group received a warm welcome from temple Executive Officer T. Bapi Reddy, local MLA Bojjala Venkata Sudheer Reddy, and other dignitaries.
