Amaravati, February 18, 2026: Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma launched the Hindi translation of ‘Life and Skills Through the Lens of Ramayana Thavaasmi’ during an event at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad.

The book, originally written in Telugu by Sri Rama Chakradhar associated with the Ramanarayanam temple in Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh was translated by Swami Urkuramananda.

Speaking at the function, the Governor highlighted the timeless guidance offered by Lord Rama’s life and principles. He noted these teachings remain relevant and can shape future generations, urging parents and educators to introduce such works to children for their moral and practical insights.

Trustees from the temple praised the author and translator, mentioning ongoing research at the Valmiki Research Centre linked to Ramanarayanam and Sanskrit institutions.
