Visakhapatnam, February 18, 2026: President Droupadi Murmu, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, presided over the International Fleet Review (IFR) 2026 off the coast of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Aboard the indigenously built presidential yacht INS Sumedha, she inspected around 70-72 warships, submarines, and other vessels, including India's aircraft carrier INS Vikrant.

The event featured a spectacular steam past, flypasts by naval aircraft, search-and-rescue demonstrations, and tactical displays by Marine Commandos. Navies from more than 18-20 countries participated alongside Indian forces, with broader involvement from over 70 nations across related events like MILAN and the IONS conclave.
