Visakhapatnam, February 17: President Droupadi Murmu lands in Visakhapatnam this evening for a two-day visit to headline the International Fleet Review (IFR) 2026.

The event, hosted by the Indian Navy, draws warships from dozens of nations to demonstrate cooperation in the Indo-Pacific.

She will be welcomed by Governor S. Abdul Nazeer, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and senior naval officers at Naval Air Station Dega.

After a Presidential Banquet at the Naval Base tonight, Murmu boards INS Vikrant tomorrow morning to review over 70 ships including 19 foreign vessel, and around 50 aircraft in formation off the coast at 10 a.m. She delivers an address during the ceremonial display before returning to New Delhi.
