Amaravati, February 16, 2026: TDP State president Palla Srinivasa Rao addressed NDA legislators through a teleconference from Vijayawada, urging them to bring the newly presented 2026-27 state Budget closer to citizens at the local level.

He described the Budget as a key tool to revive institutional momentum, accelerate progress, and align with the long-term Vision–2047 goals for Andhra Pradesh.

The Budget rests on three pillars: development, welfare, and wealth creation while boosting sectors like agriculture, industry, irrigation, education, and healthcare.

Rao highlighted a record ₹91,527 crore allocation for backward classes, SCs, STs, minorities, and women, signalling a strong focus on social justice and inclusive growth for the state's five crore people.

Coalition leaders, including Civil Supplies Minister Nadendla Manohar and BJP State president PVN Madhav, joined the call, reinforcing unified outreach.
