Amaravati, February 16: Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Anupriya Patel will lead the second convocation ceremony at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Mangalagiri on February 17 as chief guest.

State Minister for Human Resources Development Nara Lokesh joins as guest of honour.

The event marks degree conferral on 49 MBBS graduates from the second batch, along with five MD/MS postgraduates and four in Post-Doctoral Certificate Courses.

Institute officials announced details after a press briefing, highlighting AIIMS Mangalagiri's growth since its 2018 start including expanded student intake to 125 annually, over 31 lakh OPD consultations, and new PhD programs launching this year.
