Amaravati, February 13, 2026: YSRCP MLAs boycotted the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly on the second day of the budget session.

The move follows a party meeting led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who accused the TDP-led government of stifling opposition voices by refusing to grant Leader of Opposition status.

Jagan urged MLCs to step up in the Legislative Council, backing their arguments with evidence on issues from alleged scams to administrative lapses.
