Amaravati, February 13, 2026: Andhra Pradesh Minister for IT and HRD Nara Lokesh told the Legislative Assembly that permanent infrastructure is coming to all four Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies IIIT campuses.

The sites at Nuzvid, Araku Valley, Ongole and Srikakulam now run on temporary setups. Students often move between districts to finish their courses.

Lokesh said the state has flagged the issue to the finance department and is readying detailed project reports to draw funds from the Centre’s capital investment scheme. The total need stands at nearly ₹1,000 crore.
