Vizianagaram, February 13, 2026: Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) Etcherla Director K.V.G.D. Balaji highlighted the Andhra Pradesh government's Quantum Computing initiative during his address as chief guest at the Pragyan Tech fest at Avanthi’s St. Theressa Institute of Engineering and Technology in Garividi.

He encouraged students, especially from rural backgrounds, to enrol in the mass quantum skilling course offered through the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL), in partnership with the AP State Council of Higher Education and academic institutions.
