Amaravati, February 12, 2026: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan praised Andhra Pradesh's bold push into AI-driven schooling during a visit to the state's stall at the Bharat Bodhan AI Conclave in New Delhi.

The Minister highlighted initiatives like PAL Labs, upgraded Mid-Day Meal systems, Clicker tools, Guaranteed Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), chatbot support for students, and an AI-powered face recognition system for attendance and transparency.

Andhra Pradesh School Education officials, including Commissioner V. Vijay Rama Raju and Samagra Shiksha Director B. Srinivasa Rao, briefed him on these reforms, which blend technology with everyday learning to boost efficiency and outcomes.
