Amaravati, February 12, 2026: Veteran Telugu film producer Bandla Ganesh called on Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at the Assembly chamber hours after finishing his demanding 23-day ‘Sankalpa Yatra’.
The 535-km journey from Shadnagar to Tirumala began January 19 as a vow Ganesh made during Naidu’s 2023 arrest he pledged the padayatra if Naidu reclaimed the chief minister’s post.
Ganesh offered prayers at Lord Venkateswara Temple two days earlier, then presented a sacred token from Tirumala to Naidu. He shared details of the trek, noting strong backing from party workers along the route.
