Vijayawada, February 11, 2026: BJP MLA Sujana Chowdary stated that the NDA coalition government is advancing twin objectives: building a Viksit Andhra Pradesh alongside the national Viksit Bharat vision.
He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for prioritising Andhra Pradesh's growth and providing full support matching Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's efforts.
The MLA pointed to central steps addressing past losses from the state's bifurcation, plus funding for infrastructure like high-speed rail corridors, expressways, Blue Economy projects, and backward district development.
He noted the shift to NITI Aayog's sector-based allocations and praised Naidu's push for global branding of key crops such as coconut, cocoa, and cashew. BJP leaders also felicitated Chowdary for his Vijayawada West constituency topping performance rankings among the state's 175 Assembly segments.
