Amaravati, February 09, 2026: Andhra Pradesh Tourism Department gears up for the Pakala Beach Festival on February 14 and 15 at Pakala Beach in Prakasam district one of the state's 100 highlighted scenic beaches.
The event blends adventure with culture: visitors can enjoy para-sailing, boat rides, volleyball, kabaddi matches, live music, dance performances, special art shows, and food stalls offering local flavors.
Officials, including Social Welfare Minister Dr Dola Sree Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy, unveiled promotions recently, highlighting recent upgrades like parapet walls, cement roads, and a Bay Watch Tower.
The beach saw strong crowds during Sankranti without issues, signalling readiness for bigger turnout. Authorities coordinate sanitation, parking, medical support, and transport for a safe experience.
