Vijayawada, February 08, 2026: Members of the Andhra Pradesh Non-Gazetted and Gazetted Officers’ (APNGGOs) State Association unanimously elected their new leadership during a key meeting today.
A. Vidya Sagar returned as State President, with D.V. Ramana chosen as General Secretary, alongside 23 other office-bearers who faced no opposition.
The election followed a rally led by Vidya Sagar, highlighting unity among government employees. The association, marking 75 years, has long championed causes for teachers, regular staff, contract workers, outsourced personnel, and pensioners.
