Amaravati, February 04, 2026: Muddada Ravichandra, a 1996-batch IAS officer currently serving as Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, will formally assume full additional charge as Executive Officer of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on February 6.
The appointment follows a government order issued February 2, after the transfer of previous EO Anil Kumar Singhal linked to the ghee adulteration probe in the famous Tirupati laddu prasadam supply chain.
Ravichandra's priorities include advancing investigations into the adulteration matter, improving administrative transparency, and enhancing services for millions of pilgrims visiting the sacred hill shrine in Tirumala.
