Amaravati, February 01, 2026: YSR Congress Party president and former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy strongly condemned recent attacks on residences of senior YSRCP leaders, calling the situation a clear collapse of law and order in Andhra Pradesh.

He described it as "jungle raj" under the current administration, alleging vindictive politics, misuse of police, and deliberate efforts to silence critics through violence.

Incidents included vandalism and arson at former minister Ambati Rambabu's house in Guntur, where crowds gathered after his reported remarks against the Chief Minister, and stone-pelting plus fire-setting at Jogi Ramesh's residence in Ibrahimpatnam.

Jagan spoke directly with affected leaders, urging courage and promising full party backing. YSRCP voices claimed these were planned acts tied to political rivalries, with police failing to act swiftly.
