Amaravati, January 28, 2026: Sri Sathya Sai District Collector A. Shyam Prasad chaired a review meeting of the District Industrial Export Promotion Committee in Puttaparthi, pushing departments to deliver time-bound clearances for new ventures.

He stressed quick land allocation, prompt ground-breaking events, and immediate start of production for 15 industrial units tied to recent MoUs signed at the Visakhapatnam Investors’ Summit. Those commitments bring ₹6,175 crore in investments and over 13,400 job opportunities to the region.

The collector highlighted multi-agency coordination to avoid delays and called for regular safety checks at high-risk facilities. Schemes like PMEGP and PM Vishwakarma also came under discussion to support local entrepreneurs.
