Amaravati, January 28, 2026: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has confirmed a new school at Mangasamudram in Chittoor district.
It will start operations from the 2026-27 session, initially in temporary space at the Central Silk Board campus near Iruvaram on Chittoor's outskirts. The Union government sanctioned it in October 2025 as part of 57 new KVs nationwide under the civil sector.
Admissions will begin with Balvatika I-III and Classes I-V, one section each. The school will grow in phases once permanent facilities are ready and approvals complete.
