Vijayawada, January 27: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu directed officials to harness new technology and reduce pressure on field staff during a review of the Real Time Governance Society (RTGS). He stressed training for slower adopters and continuous monitoring to ensure smooth integration.
Naidu highlighted AI's role in faster grievance resolution and pushed data-driven decisions across departments like revenue, agriculture, highways, and fire services. The Mana Mitra WhatsApp platform has already delivered hundreds of services to over 1.43 crore users.
