Amaravati, January 26: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu reviewed governance at the Real-Time Governance Society and pushed for heavy reliance on technology to cut workloads for field staff and speed up public services.
He directed officials to expand Artificial Intelligence for quicker grievance handling, promote data-driven policymaking, and integrate digital tools across departments like Health, Agriculture, Revenue, Roads, Transport, and Fire Services.
Naidu stressed training to fill performance gaps and ongoing monitoring for real results, building on platforms like Mana Mitra WhatsApp service that already reaches crores with hundreds of offerings.
